Scheduled for March 28, this enriching event will feature cooking demonstrations and an open mic mixer at the Student Union’s Culinary Studio, inviting students to engage with the shared histories of their communities through food. The day concludes with a pop-up dinner at Cork & Craft, where attendees can taste the unique Chinese Chorizo, a testament to the historical solidarity between the Mexican and Chinese communities in Tucson.   • Continued Celebrations: Throughout April, Cork & Craft will feature Chinese Chorizo Solidarity Specials, including options that are vegan and gluten-free, ensuring that all community members can partake in this culinary celebration.
